Found where customers search.
For Ireen Christine Stille's advertising agency, we carried out a complete acessio 360° consultation: a new website and visibility where customers compare local businesses, on Google Maps.
The task.
Anyone who doesn't know a company doesn't search for its name, but for the service nearby. The agency was to become visible exactly there and show on its website how it sees businesses through the eyes of their customers.
What we built.

New website
“Dein Unternehmen. Mit anderen Augen.” (Your business. Through different eyes.): a presence that tells the path from search to call.

Visible on Google Maps
Profile and website tell the same story: searched, viewed, compared, chosen.

acessio 360° consultation
Website, visibility and workflows from a single source, with a fixed contact person.
People who don't know you don't search for your name 🔎
For a study published in 2019, BrightLocal analysed the data of 45,264 Google Business Profiles. Result: 84% of searches in which a profile appeared were discovery searches. People searched for a service or category, not a company name.
So anyone who is new to the area or has a problem right now types “hairdresser”, “physiotherapy” or “advertising agency” into the search. Google shows a selection, and the decision begins. The figures come from 2017 and 2018 and from the USA. They show a direction, not a current rate for your city.
Four moments between search and call
1. Searched. People search for what you offer. Whether you show up there depends, according to Google, mainly on relevance, distance and prominence. Nobody can guarantee a particular ranking.
2. Viewed. Photos, category, opening hours and posts decide the first impression. In its Business Profile help, Google writes that people are 2.7 times more likely to consider a business with a complete profile reputable. They are also said to be 70% more likely to visit it and 50% more likely to buy there. Google does not state the study year or method.
3. Compared. Now the reviews come in. In BrightLocal's 2025 survey of 1,026 adults in the USA, only 4% said they never read online reviews. 74% use two or more review platforms before deciding. For Germany, Bitkom reported in 2020 that 55% of online shoppers read customer reviews before buying something.
What we built for COURAGE 🧡
Ireen Christine Stille has been self-employed since 2004. On Google Maps she is a Level 7 Local Guide and has written 194 reviews herself (according to her Google Maps profile, as of October 2026). So she knows the side where customers stand. The website was to show exactly that.
The eye logo as a common thread. COURAGE's original logo, a black eye with an orange accent, opens on the first visit, blinks in the navigation and carries the main message: “Dein Unternehmen. Mit anderen Augen.”
A story instead of a list. An animated phone shows the four moments searched, viewed, compared and chosen. The illustration is schematic and contains no real profile data.
Three questions to see your profile through a stranger's eyes
Would you find yourself? Search on your phone for your service and your location, not your name. Where do you appear, and who is next to you?
What do people see in five seconds? First photo, category, opening hours, latest review. Does that match what you offer today?
What is the next step? Is it clear whether to call, write or drop by? And does this path also work in the evening?
